CYMBIDIUM TRACYANUM (L.) Castle is an Abstract early filowering, large flowered and scented orchid. Its 20 accessions from different parts of Darjeeling
were studied for morphological characters. Ihe results revealed wide variation in plant height, plant spread, pseudobulb Size, intiorescenoe n ath, and flower count. Ine aistance among various genotypes was determined by Hierarchical cluster analysis using Euclidian distance. highest value (76.49) was observed for OCD -1110 and the lowest (5.85) for OCD-1135. The dendrogram revealed 4 clusters. The cluster had largest membership TOllowed by the clusters 1 and 3 and 4. The genotype OCD 1110 was not part of any cluster.
